Who we are
CTN Oberflächen-Design is owned and run by Christin Neugebauer. Our base is in Broderstorf, about 10 kilometres east of Rostock city centre, in the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. From here we work on houses and commercial buildings in Rostock, Schwerin, Wismar, Güstrow and the surrounding region.
The business is entered in the German register of craft businesses (Handwerksrolle) kept by the regional chamber of crafts. For paints and coating systems we work with Brillux as our partner. Customers rate us 5.0 stars on Google (as of October 2026).
Our name says what we do: Oberflächen-Design means surface design. In practice that means the outer skin of a building – roof tiles, render, brickwork and stone – and keeping it clean, protected and good to look at.
What we focus on
Our core services are roof cleaning, roof coating, facade cleaning and facade coating. We also clean natural stone, paving and patios and seal porous surfaces on request. Keeping to this range lets us know the materials well and choose the right method for each surface.
Recent projects in Germany include an anthracite roof coating on a detached house in Rostock, a red roof coating on a bungalow, a beige facade coating on an older building in Rostock, a facade coating on a commercial building in Rostock using an aerial work platform, and a dark grey facade on a detached house in Schwerin.
How we work with customers abroad
Rostock is a ferry port with direct connections to Trelleborg in Sweden and Gedser in Denmark. That makes it practical for us to plan assignments across the Baltic for homeowners who want an experienced team for their roof or facade and are comfortable communicating in English.
